Expansion Breath Work with Jewls

Breathwork is a fantastic tool that supports us in many aspects of our lives. It is a  system that uses breath to activate and move energy in our body and to open channels that may not always be open. This allows us to let our conscious mind take a step back and our subconscious step forward. It can leave you feeling more energetically light and more positive and can leave you feeling a more profound sense of peace.

In this session, we will focus on integrating the energies of Expansion. February is predicted to be an energetic month full of growth and electricity, and we are not meant to control or try and direct this energy.  We are simply told to allow it to support us in expanding our spiritual journey.
